@ RBW in PA
I guess we have the same deadline! Good idea, it is the vax that are the threat! Protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated! Sounds ridiculous!
Did you submit your exemption yet?
What are your plans?
There is no way to get the jab if they deny you past Nov 23. I think that’s the idea. Back and forth for a bit, silence, come Nov 24, we deny your request...bye bye!
@ Svartalfiar
Correct me if I am wrong, but getting fired for refusing the jab does not qualify you for unemployment benefits. They thought about this. Like for the military who refused the jab will the rights such as voting, owning firearms denied. What an evil plan
Try to get an exemption. Be personal and graphic about the dissection of the live babies, which was required to get this vaxx to market.
If it works, it buys some time. Triple your efforts to find another job.
If it fails, you have 2 long-shots: (1) get a lawsuit going with others there. (2) you can organize a mass walkout (maybe even with the vaxxed, who might be impossibly stressed, post-firing) - that will make the contract performance fail, and the company will relent.
Have any more details?
It depends on your State. You can apply, and it then depends on your company arguing your claim or not, since I thitk all UI depends on if you were fired for cause or not. But the Federal boost made an exception for “due to Covid”, so the employer account isn’t hit in that case, so most employers probably wouldn’t argue the claim.
But other legal options like suing for wrongful termination or similar, are affected also. If you just quit, they’ll have a strong claim because you chose to leave, they technically didn’t force you to go.
I did state the history of when I became a born-again Christian, my sincerely held beliefs & sited biblical verses that backed them up. I also included a statement of attestation from my pastor.
Thanks for your story...I have no letter from a pastor. There are online pastors but would not look good.
I have colleagues that didn’t include a statement from a religious leader that also were approved. It probably helps but is not required. Best of luck to you!!
My son’s employer has federal contracts but he does NOT work on these. He works remotely and has NO contact with anyone. He’s trying to come up with a letter to make him exempt.
I’m in the same boat. Stand firm!
He had to submit a form stating he is against the fetal cell lines in the shots and also had to state he did not approve/does not take OTC’s that have fetal cells or been tested using fetal cells???? We shall see what the decision will be. His company seems to be moving quickly on these exemptions.
Forgot to add. I’m praying for you and all others in this same situation.
I appreciate any help I can get. I am constantly praying for our Country and all of the workers caught up in this tyranny.
Our company has had work from home since the beginning. Since we have Fed contracts, we need to implement the stupid rules. Management is willing to give religious exemptions, and my supervisor even gave me instructions on how to fill it out.
My exemption was approved in a day, but I am guessing that my work environment is unique (less than 500 employees and employee-owned).
Yes, i am 66. Interesting side note, Ben in my shop life long dem is twice vaxxed, that is four shots, off right now with covid.
Interesting comment got made to me today. The constitution explicitly separates religion from the federal government. What gives the government the ability to approve a religious exemption to a federal mandate. Interesting question sine we explicitly removed the federal government from the powers bestowed on them by the people. Hence the states would have priority.
