I had it first week in March last year; no tests available. The medic told me take prednisone and if it gets worse come back.
Assistant to the medic told me to get elderberry syrup so I got that also.
Thanks to God’s grace I was only in bed at home the standard 3 days that I get if I get a bug. Got sense of smell back in a month or so.
I agree. My husband and I were just discussing that and he is going tto use that question for a Sunday school lesson. If you were a Christian in Nazi Germany and heard the train going past and heard the cries of the people on it, what would you do? Or better, what should you have done several years previous to prevent it from getting to that point?
Or… if they are rounding YOU and your family up to put on the train, what to do… or what should we be doing as Christians now to prevent from getting to that point. We need to be taking that seriously and thinking and praying about that!
I take one every other day, the NOW brand Quercetin with Bromelian, 800 mg Quercetin. I could probably take one a day but dang I am already taking so many supplements, by taking things every other day it works for me. IIRC if you google quercetin and asthma you will find some articles. I started with the Quercetin for covid but then my asthma cleared up dramatically. I have not used a steroid inhaler for more than 6 months. Also after taking it for covid for 6 months my doc said my lungs never sounded so clear. Best wishes!

I’ve been doing just that for a year now and didn’t come to my decision lightly. I’m healthy, have fun hobbies, financial comfort, a good family, and people who love me and want me around, so it isn’t an easy thing to say that I will die before I capitulate.
But, if this is really about what we believe it is - inserting a kill switch in people - then our choice is only one of timing and means of our death rather than living or dying. When they come to force me on “the train”, I hope I’ll have a LOT more information about the shots by then and be more certain of what I’m fighting for. In the meantime, we need to be talking about the ethics of what’s happening, its parallels in history and what was meant by “never again”.
Right now it looks like it was just a slogan because it’s happening again, only the camps are in the open and disguised as a medical procedure “for our own good and the good of society”.
I think it’s wonderful that you’re talking about things like that in Sunday school. I wish the parents were there so they could draw the proper parallel to today.

I’ll look those up. I also take enough supplements to drown myself in water taking them.
Actually it is our adult Sunday school class that my husband wants to challenge to be thinking about it. Most of them see exactly what is going on, but the question is, what to do if it actually comes down to it.
I think we’ve all thought individually about various scenarios but want to just challenge on what we should do if the government actually tries to “force” some things.

Me too! I have Inhalers for asthma but since April 20 I have not used them. Quercetin,zinc, d3, c, k, magnesium and melatonin to sleep is the difference.
The science is clear that masks do not work and are a detriment to the wearer.
The only time masks might help is if you are in close contact with a symptomatic person.
Wearing masks during surgery is helpful to keep the medical staff from breathing germs into the unprotected insides of the body they cut open.

I’ll keep doing what I have been doing for the last year. It has worked for me so far.
Today, I went in to Ace Hardware maskless.
I just plain forgot. Nobody else was maskless, but nobody said anything.
No mask, no karens. It was liberating.
