I just put a pan of “Funeral Potatoes” in the oven, but I’ve had the recipe since the early 1980s, so I’d never heard of Funeral Potatoes. They were “potluck potato casserole” potatoes. It will be enough for eight meals, but I’m thinking to take some over to Rocky.
There is one more meal I have to make and freeze but it will wait for another day, most probably, next week. THEN comes the lasagna and I won’t cook again until I get moved.
After all these Patrick Driving Adventures, I’m wondering if his driving has improved since Day One.
And as we’re closing another week, ArGee, how is Puppy doing?
Yes, Pat’s driving is improving. One of the reassuring things is that when he gets his license he will mainly be driving the same 2-1/2 mile route back and forth to Walmart, so the potential for disaster is fairly limited.
She threw up this morning. She's been draggy a bit since. Who knows what she got into.
We'll wait until she asks for food to put it down. Normally it's just always down.
