A witness has approached investigators to turn over current information in the search for Madeleine McCann, it is new data on a suspicious incident that took place in Barcelona in the early hours of May 7, 2007 - only 72 hours after Madeleine Disappeared while on vacation in Praia da Luz, Portugal.
The 41-year-old British witness was at a party with a group of other men in the Port Olimpia Marina area of Barcelona. It is a popular place, very frequented by tourists and locals. The group had visited a number of bars and restaurants in the marine area in the afternoon of May 6, 2007 and entered the hours of May 7, 2007.
At around 2 a.m. on May 7, the witness noticed a well-dressed woman, whom he describes as somewhat agitated. I was seen in the area of the El Rey De La Gamba bar-restaurant for 10 minutes, walking from one side to the other.
She spoke English, so she would have a "possibly Australian" accent. Investigators now hope that international media, particularly Australia and Spain, will help distribute the attachment with the image of the woman, which has been prepared by a police artist, as widely as possible.
The witness prefers not to be identified. Investigators have already handled some preliminary expertise in the vicinity of Port Olimpic Marina and continue in conjunction with relevant police forces where necessary.

WOW. IIRC, Mount Rushmore territory did have an act of Congress to ignore the treaty with the Indians. Their 1980 court case awarded the tribe money stating that just compensation had not been provided. The tribe refused to accept the money, because they wanted the land returned.
Now look at what the court did today—will this have any impact on the number of electors from OK for POTUS?
In a stunning blow to Oklahoma’s state government, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday that much of eastern Oklahoma is located on an Indian reservation.
In a 5-4 ruling, the justices declared that Congress never diminished or disestablished the land as a reservation. Major crimes committed by a tribal member on their own reservation, in effect, must be prosecuted by the federal government in accordance with the Major Crimes Act. This could open the door to numerous appeals by people prosecuted by the state of Oklahoma who should have been under tribal jurisdiction.
The opinion was also an acknowledgment by the nation’s highest court that the U.S. government has, time and time again, broken promises to Indian tribes. The Supreme Court’s opinion means that at least for the matter of this land, the government must keep its commitment.
“Today we are asked whether the land these treaties promised remains an Indian reservation for purposes of federal criminal law. Because Congress has not said otherwise, we hold the government to its word,” Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote in the majority opinion.

isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health
Officer may use any means necessary to vaccinate or treat
the individual.
Any order of the State Health Officer given to effectuate
this paragraph shall be immediately enforceable by a law

(d)“Quarantine” means the separation of an individual
reasonably believed to have been exposed to a communicable
disease, but who is not yet ill, from individuals who have
not been so exposed, to prevent the possible spread of the
disease.
(2)Individuals who assist the State Health Officer at his
or her request on a volunteer basis during a public health
emergency are entitled to the benefits specified in
s. 110.504(2), (3), (4), and (5).

I plan to stay home till the election. I spend time every day outdoors on our 1 acre homestead working on the garden.
I broke a tooth chewing an almond, so I might have to go to the dentist. I also need new glasses. I have the script and am hoping to get them on line. Cardio Doc. wants me to take a blood test to check calcium and other electrolyte levels.
These are the only things that might make me have to go somewhere.
I want to be sure to be able to vote in person in November.
Seems to me that the Tribal Council could just vote to accept the findings of the various courts—wouldn’t have to be messy.
The members of the tribes that I have met in Oklahoma are quite westernized, christians, and a pretty reasonable group overall. They said they will cooperate with the state authorities, so maybe it won’t be chaos.
I do wonder about any impact it could have on the electoral college.
