Big Boy: On National Fried Chicken Day, the restaurant will launch its Dolly Chicken Sandwich. That chain used to be called Bob's Big Boy. I first ate at their original restaurant in Burbank, Calif. in 1957--and my last visit there was in 2018. In the '60's and '70's, Bob's Big Boy restaurants were found all over Southern California, but they began to disappear in the '80's, and now there are only about five left.

Enjoy it now before they outlaw it. Whites may soon find themselves accused of "cultural appropriation" for eating fried chicken.

Maybe. But they usually ask if you want Spicy or mild...................I always ask for spicy.
