Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I hear people keep complaining about how it has been 3 years. They obviously have no experience in court cases. I have heard of custody battles lasting longer than that. People watch too many unrealistic tv shows. Kid comes out of house crying, police called and show up, arrest someone, goes to jail. NoT reality!

Understandable. I did a number of searches and the closest I could get to a definitive answer was in this 2017 article. Because it was written by Time Magazine, and they’re not at all pro-Trump, it’s not a stretch to imagine they were looking for anything that would serve as a Gotcha! against the President.
This is why I assume that the Office of the Pardon Attorney had been contacted by Time for the information. (If I know to look to this source, surely they did too?) They likely searched high and low to find out whether or not PDJT could make a secret pardon and would have been giddy at the prospect of learning this might not be a possibility. It’s for this reason alone that I trust their conclusion.
They didn’t know back then that it would be a question we might be asking about their beloved Obama one day.
