Here in Humboldt county we have 28 cases.
The number of COVID-19 cases in Humboldt County now totals 28, following confirmation of one additional positive case today.
Of those 28 people, eight had traveled internationally, 13 had contact with a known case and three are believed to have contracted the virus through community transmission. Four additional cases are under investigation.
Three quarters of Humboldt County’s cases are located around areas with the largest populations—Eureka, Arcata, Fortuna and McKinleyville. The average age of those infected is 41. Males represent 54 percent of cases, while 46 percent are female.”

What seems to be completely neglected in reports is the patients that survive, but with permanent lung damage. Which, I have been told, is not an insignificant percentage.
The Larimer County website says 5 on a notice dated 3/31.
The local newspaper says 7 as of this afternoon.

My wife, who yawns when more that 3 numbers are brought up in a minute’s time, hates it when I use that phrase.
And there’s a probably a good percentage who have succumbed to not only the covid-19 but the lifestyle choices they made throughout their life snd might have made that a very easy chore for the covid-19.

If only that were true. My husband requires cancer surgery, which has been postponed until the Covid crisis is over. When the crisis is over depends upon how much longer selfish, irresponsible people refuse to follow rules. We are doing what we should to stop the virus spread, but many are not.
Yep. Cooking the books. Using the global warming models.
How do we know that there is permanent lung damage if the virus has only been around for a couple of months?
