The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs issued an order Wednesday warning physicians against writing prescriptions “without a legitimate medical purpose” and instructing pharmacists to evaluate the “legitimacy” of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine prescriptions.

Gretchen Whitmer’s Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs literally threatened all doctors and pharmacists in the state who prescribe or dispense hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19.”

Apparently this is a slightly older article or she wasn’t in on the conference call with Trump today. The FDA went ahead and approved the use of this drug, and it will be distributed to the states now.
Dr.s and Pharmacists were prescribing to themselves and friends whereby those who needed it for other health issues were also being deprived of it as well.
It’s a catch 22 thing so what options are available for a Governor to make.
