PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. — When Panama City Beach resident, Jeff Elkins, was a kid, he says he knew one thing for sure.
“I knew there would be flying cars by the year 2000,” he said in an interview.
The year 2000 came and went without flying cars, so, Elkins took matters into his own hands. With screws and sheet metal, propellers and joysticks, he created an early version of the “Air-board.”
Some guy flew from Crete to Greece in a human powered craft.
He won some type of award.
What video? Could not find one - looked all over......
President Duterte has been experimenting with man-powered flight... Has test flights every few months... He seems pleased with the results so far...
I think we should just pick a few selected people and throw them out of airplanes till we get it right. Not wanting to get banned or put on hilarys list I will not mention names.
