How do you introduce the TRUTH about what happened to the PUBLIC?
What ‘value’ might exist by attempting to BLOCK ‘PUBLIC’ testimony/hearings?
Would educating the public through the Senate prior to Barr/Durham/Huber release(s) be important?
Narratives are created and pushed to prevent the public from discovering the TRUTH.

All I’m saying is when it comes to prosecutions vs prosecutorial pass, the Dems have scored way more points. Barr and Durham may be on to something now, just we’ve seen this in the past, too with strongly worded investigation results but no resulting red meat. I’ll believe it when I see it, just like many here whom have realistic doubt because we’ve been down this same road a thousand times now.
I’m now thinking that DISMISSAL off-the-bat might be best path here for the reason that it otherwise ties up times of the Senate meaning both oversight re FISA + corruption & also judges (including possibly RBG)

I think Q is pointing to the fact that the Dems can’t be actively campaigning while handling an impeachment trial? They need to win but can’t campaign to win if impeachment ties up the house.

PS: A trial works for the white hats because it educates the public in high level court room proceedings that the MSM can’t quite ignore. Ideal to have these proceeding occur prior to FISA release.
Probably related. Biden trying to save his own skin. PLus it gives the deep state an argument against investigation—it’s just to attack an opponent!
