Hey...nice verbal body slam...totally uncalled for and a ridiculous thing to say. Almost as if his comment bothers you the most about the violent assault this woman suffered thru (and will for a long time).
BUT...at least you have your priorities right, right?
Was the women assaulted white or black?
Supposedly from some of the comments the “N” was used but no confirmation. Not like a word offers ant excuse whatsoever for a vicious physical assault but that’s the narrative being offered up.
Apparently she used the invective comment. So what. I don’t see people getting slammed for someone calling them an MF which would send me over the top were someone to call me that but I surely would not body slam, or shoot, or knife, or choke someone who did. This behavior is pure ghetto from someone who should be removed, permanently from the planet if you get my drift. Not going to happen by the courts. Perhaps the court of personal opinion should take charge.
My priorities are perfectly fine. I am outraged by this vicious assault, and did not attempt to qualify the severity of it based on the sex of the victim. And yes, it bothers me very much when someone does that. Not a verbal bodyslam. Just simply pointing out a moral inconsistency that does annoy me,
What bothered me about this violent episode is that they are saying the use of the word niger by the woman was justification for the attack. I listened to the video and I didn’t hear it. Why have we in this country given so much power to one word? It has become a get out of jail free card and has embolden elements of our society in such vicious attacks.
Good grief ... that name. The Amish are so creative with their use of apostrophes. I expect they’re clueless when it comes to apostrophes in grammar — possessives, contractions, etc.
So what if she was being a nasty customer? First off, professionally speaking you don’t mistreat a customer and then basic human decency implies you don’t assault an older person and especially not a woman. This animal employee of Popeyes checks all the wrong boxes on the character scale. Want a chicken sandwich these days? Stick with Chick-fil A.

She apparently was verbally abusive to the staff and used racial invective but that is no reason to slam her. Neither exercised self control. He should be charged with assault but I would not want her in my store

The article fails to mention that she is a white women. Wonder why?
From what I’ve read/seen there was argument in restaurant..then surveillance shows her standing outside and she opens door of restaurant and kicks/kicks at employee..

In a civilized society words are not a justification for violence. There is nothing illegal about your mouth writing a check that your ass can’t cash. It is illegal however to bodyslam someone. We have freedom of speech not freedom of violence.
True. But if you don’t want to get your ass beat I recommend not calling people n#$$er at Popeyes.
In fact depending on the jury this man may get off for it.
