Sounds plausible. But wouldn’t it be much more valuable to get Epstein to talk? Offer him deals for information? Seems the wiser choice, and the Feds do it all the time.

Cedar - check out the unrolled Cates thread I posted earlier today, explains why they had everything and didn’t need Epstein to talk. Articles at the time said that in Epstein’s house were safes, documents, photos, computers and tons of other info. He kept records.

The Feds already had all the info they needed concerning Epstein. There was nothing more he could offer them. He was expendable.
