But in fairness to the Nats, the headlines, even on FoxNews, have been exaggerated to the point of lies. It only took a few seconds yesterday immediately after the game to youtube three videos taken from different areas of the stadium.
Eg, FN headlined: "Trump Roundly Booed," but all 3 vids I looked at belied that. When PDJT's presence was announced, there was first a combo of applause & cheers, soon joined by boos. But it never seemed that the boos dominated. They were just mixed in with the cheers and clapping.
And the report that "the crowd cheered 'Lock him up!'" is a lie, as the videos prove. Now, I'm certain that *some* people somewhere in the crowd yelled that - I'm guessing the MSM section itself is the likeliest place you'd hear that - but to characterize some unknown number of people as "the crowd" is unfair to Nats fans.
I was there, it was a setup. The cjanters were close to where Trump was, we couldn’t hear them and it was 50-50.
I was at the game and am nit anti-Trump, some people there were loons, doesn’t make all of us loons
I’m torqued at them for 2 reasons: They took a dive after the first 2 games, and then they dissed our President. I can’t wish ‘em any bad luck, but if they have some I hope I hear about it.

I am not a fan of either team, being from Pennsyltucky. But I’ve heard that Verlander is a moody prima dona who holds grudges.
Are the Astros any better toward Trump than the Nats are; I mean from the front office on down? Asking for a little old lady.
If Montreal can't support a major league team, maybe Calgary, Vancouver or Winnipeg can.

The Nats owners also lean Democratic, though not as much.
But the father probably doesn't get out much on the golf course.
If it was indeed 50/50 it would reflect the voting of the election in 2016 of the nation as a whole. Certainly not DC but the actual makeup of who was there that night would be mostly well off people given the cost of entry. To me that would indicate mostly the DC suburbs. If the DC suburbs are 50/50 I think our side is looking good.
Verlander did get a ring in 2017. He's also a friend of President Trump and they have golfed together.
Alex Bregman showed himself to be anti-Trump via a social media post sometime after the first series win. i’m sure a few other players are also having been mislead. But not Reddick...he supports Trump.

The Nat owner(s) did make it clear to POTUS that if he came to Sunday night’s game he was NOT welcome in their box suite. How chintzy and pointy-@$$ed can a person get. But if they’re buds with Obloviate, it’s all downhill from there. I wonder how they’ll feel when O goes to Gitmo (or worse) for impersonating a Natural Born Citizen?
I hope the Nationals embarrassing collapse is humiliating tonight. 45-0 should do it.

I had been rooting for the NATS till that happened.
