We have had a storm go through so there’s a dog on one side of feet. A cat on the other Another dog on floor and the little Snug bug is crawling up and down the bed skirt. It the new trick he learned today. When he gets tired he will curl up in the small of my back. His mama is already purring there. Nothing brings the fur babies together better than a big clap of lightening.

Subject: Out of town pool report #6 - leaving fundraiser
POTUS is on the move after the private roundtable and dinner fundraiser at the home of Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick on E. 71st Street. Neither the White House nor the Trump campaign have provided any additional information about the event, which lasted just more than two hours.
Pool spent that time loitering behind the barricades along E. 70th Street near the press vans. For a bit after POTUS arrived, a small group of protesters could be heard shouting things from up the block but they dispersed fairly quickly.
We are rolling now down Madison Avenue toward Trump Tower.

Motorcade arrived outside Trump Tower at 9:00 p.m. after a short 15 block ride. Pool did not see POTUS enter the building but is assured he is inside.

Subject: Out of town pool report #5 - fundraiser/holding
POTUS’s motorcade rolled up FDR and then cut west across E. 66th Street, where onlookers stood behind barricades, many capturing the scene on cell phones, others holding up signs and, in many cases, various fingers.
We appear to have arrived now at the fundraiser, which is closed to the press. Pool will be holding in vans on the east side of Central Park.
Perhaps offering a preview of his remarks or at least what’s currently on his mind, POTUS just tweeted a video he appears to have recorded aboard AF1 offering his thoughts on NYC Mayor Bill DiBlasio entering the presidential race:

Did you see the field agents notes on what was uncovered on the laptop? Only after NYPD threatened to go public with it, did Comey reopen the case. But McCabe is who had the laptop for 30 days. Was it Comey or McCabe who was running the HRC coverup... that's my question.

Switched from laptop to phone. Now outside at sleeping arrangement. Good breeze and cool temp. in the desert SW. Fans are blowing too, keeping the mosquitos at bay, and several wind chimes are awake and performing as advertised. Enjoying reading the Q thread at FR, when away from the Trump Train.
Big snow hitting the Sierras, delaying my work reporting date by a few days. Sitting tight in AZ until I hear more news.
Lots of PCT hikers will be caught up in this storm and have to bail out.
