I think he’s probably not paying attention and move out of the way.
Another Japanese guy comes along and does the same thing.
By this time, I figure it’s intentional.
I’m a pretty big guy.
A third Japanese guy comes our way.
He veers towards me and I scream “Tora! Tora! Tora!” and crash into him.
He scurried off.”
BTW - how do you know they were Japanese ?
