Why wouldn’t Q say +6 if it was a 6 day delay? I doubt he’s testing our first grade arithmatic. The 2 and the 4 have some other significance.

MAGA stands for American principles ... Freedom, Strength, National Independence, Capitalism ... and yes ... Christian values that each individual life is precious, worthy of love, and NOT DEFINED BY the COLLECTIVE. (NOTE: MAGA does not require Christian theology, which is personal, not government related.)
MAGA is completely color blind. We embrace our black, white, red, Latino and Asian brothers and sisters ... and even gay people ... even Muslims ... who support American values.

So on the gray, overcast, drizzly, early ride in this morning to work I was thinking about those Clinton photos. I thought to myself where is his Secret Service detail during this time.
Then I remembered, and correct me if I’m wrong, but right after Obama was elected there was a change in SS details for ex presidents. As I recall the change was that ExPOTUS would only have SS details for a certain number of years instead of the rest of their lives. I seem to recall there was discussion that the Dems did this just to get back at Bush.
But then I thought that it exempted all POTUS prior to Bush including his dad so Clinton wouldn’t have been impacted.
So during my break I did a quick dig and came up with this:

Which confirms that Clinton was exempted and lifetime protection was restored in 2014. However, it went into original effect in ‘94.
So now my original question is back...where was Clinton’s SS detail during the island visit.

Kidnapping is a big thing nowadays, and kidnapping a past POTUS or his immediate family would get a lot of bang-for-the-buck ... even Slick Willie.
There have to be layers of protection at all times, I would think.

Quickly scrolling through the transcript of this 2-hour interview, I find it pretty interesting: ex-lawyer buys a seedy hotel in a seedy part of Austin, turns it around, helps to gentrify the seedy part of Austin, becomes successful with many hotels (including one in Marfa). She credits architect Christopher Alexander for his organic approach to architecture and community life, and hotelier Chip Conley for taking the time to mentor her. She seems deeply intellectual with strong values -- nothing weird comes across in this interview.
That's cause I just made it up. Seems it may come in handy in the coming weeks.
