Something popped in my head. Let run this by everyone. We know that the CIA recruits heavily out of major colleges. We know the CIA uses leverage to get their subjects to perform the tasks they want done.
What if the leverage is they (CIA) know who cheated, bribed or otherwise purchased their way into the elite colleges. Those kids and families are targeted by CIA, think Obama, Suckerberg, Bill Clinton...on an on.
