SCOTUS ruled that a legislative (congressional) veto of the AG’s actions as unconstitutional.
That was the gist of the whole suit.
Hence they had to change that law to follow separation of powers. That rippled downhill to:
50 U.S.C. §§1601-1651 Sec. 1601. Termination of existing declared emergencies
which also only had a congressional veto
( as an aside.. Why should the courts be allowed to do what SCOTUS says Congress cannot do ?)
and I am with you...good luck with getting 2/3rds of congress to override his veto
All the president has to do is concentrate on the number needed to sustain the veto in either house. 34 in the senate and\or 147 in the House.

I assume that the missing numbers mean that the Inspector General and his report will be making their appearance during that time frame or by March 14?

That was the other of the two speculations about what turned Roberts that were mentioned at the time. We don’t know exactly what Obama used on him, but it was probably one of those things, or both.
The NOTABLE is the missing numbers on that List.
The missing item numbers are thought to be specific dates in March. Intriguing.
The hands holding the List are identified as Pompeo’s, per link.
I don’t think the left would care and any conservative already see Roberts as a traitor.
