PART THREE - #2043
(My recounting of this part of the drop):

In # 2043, Q explains how they gamed the FISA system. The Five Eyes, Loretta Lynch, moving through Natalia Veselnitskaya and Manafort.

Then FISA warrant issued and approved. This one involved Manafort, “Mueller>>Manafort”

Then FISA warrant issued and approved, this time involving Papadopoulous.

And yet another FISA warrant was issued and approved, this time about Flynn.

And so WHY did all of these people get targeted once more with further violation of their rights ? Q explains:

So.... gotta shut these people up!

Q then goes on to describe the chain of people talking to one another, designated as P, X, Y, and Z…. And these are providing the umbrella of the BULK DATA COLLECTION WITH UK ASSISTING WHICH ALLOWS FOR NORMAL FISA LAW DECONSTRUCT.

In other words, as I read it, it appears as though these former targets NOW had to be shut up and covered up! [They never thought she would lose!] They had to dummy it all up to LOOK LIKE a normal FISA would have and should have looked. Mueller was tasked to get them under the cudgel of government so they could not and would not speak or seek to defend themselves. UK HELPED:

Is Q pointing to that FLYNN warrant as being one that will reveal extraordinary info? Because we have also been told, “Flynn knows where the bodies are buried….”

Q drop 2913 has the picture of a watch showing 3:42? Perhaps its the postioning of the big and little hands.

18 til 4, or 4 and 8?
Could this be related to timing? Perhaps March 13th, or April 8th?

SUMMARY:

Once more, here is the quote of the part of the #2938 which contains the phrase “Bulk Data.”

#2938 - relevant excerpt:

The term, “Bulk Data,” as used by Q wrt the dossier and the misuses of FISA indicates the use of a body of false data to be gathered and used in order to convince anyone looking at it that it was legitimate, and would serve as a means to abuse FISA related to spying on people who ought not to have been spied upon. That was a major infraction in and of itself. But now the cover up is equally bad. “They never thought she would lose. They HAD to try to cover it up - and they used the very material they initially gathered up to spy with! It should be noted that Q points in #2787 to the news media who contributed in the creation of part of this “bulk data” by circular news stories which could then be cited for warrants, etc.

Q has shown in the drops examined, that the data was gathered up into a dossier, then presented to a FISA court. There were more than one illegal FISAS which Q has cited:

Manafort
Papadopoulos
(Carter) Page
Flynn.

We are able to see that there was the effort to at least make it appear as though the FBI and DOJ were isolated in this wrong-doing. However, as we see from the drops above, they were NOT isolated. Christopher Steele and the UK - Five Eyes - was very much involved in working up the “bulk data” which created an umbrella of camouflage for those submitting the FISA documents - and later for the covering up that initial wrong doing. Hillary was involved by paying for it and helping to set up her flunkies in the system to deal with it and put it in the FBI/DOJ pipeline.

Then we have Q actually naming Barack Obama (#1974) as being the BACKCHANNEL between FBI and DOJ and Steele. That is interesting because the public story these days is that BRUCE OHR served as the backchannel for Steele and the DOJ/FBI. It is very likely true that he was Obama’s hands and feet…. But my surmise is that he was taking orders. In order to make the whole thing work, OBAMA ORCHESTRATED.

Q SAYS OBAMA WAS THE BACKCHANNEL.
