At about 21:12 he discusses 2793 which mentions the Emergency Broadcast System. If the derps bring in complete censorship, the white hats will treat them as “Public Utility” and and control them. He then brings in a discussion of BOTH #61 about Twitter and other social media blackouts, AND #2298, which also mentions the issue of possible social media blackouts.

[I am thinking, but don’t know, at this point that the Emergency Broadcast System is for a complete blackout of the entire internet. However, that may be different than just total censorship of the social platforms, in which situation, we would be wondering where to get REAL news. ]

He brings up #2168 which contains a link to the 8chan which IMHO all FReeQs, LurQs, and Anons should collect into a notebook or a special file, etc.,

BECAUSE

If I understand it correctly, it is the “PatriotsFight” site on 8chan that will be THE source for all information if it should happen that the rest of the usual net platforms go into blackouts.

#2803 reads:

X22 specifies that this is where we will get the real news of what will be unfolding wrt to those above concerns; ie “leaks, bribery, etc.” I’m also guessing that that is where we would be getting the real news in any case!

What drew my attention during his analysis was the “PATRIOTS FIGHT” phrase.

I had known that the 8chan would be the home place for news, but I had missed that specific link to PATRIOTS FIGHT as the news hub in the event of social media blackout.
