Since it’s at Mar a Lago from April 2017, this would probably be considered a ‘temporary SCIF’. By now, I’m sure they have built a permanent, hardened facility for POTUS there.

No cell phones or personal electronic devices allowed.

Permanent facilities will have full secure comms (computers, phones, video conference, etc.). They’ll also be hardened against various types of surveillance.

**As a sidenote, if you read the Q&A from the Beast’s minions back during the email ‘matter’...Hillary’s office at State Dept was a SCIF.
