The coat is different. A different shade and lumpier. Note the notch on the bottom! The man on her arm is different.

The notch at the bottom of the coat looks like a photo anomaly, unzipped or something. She’s surrounded by a few assistants, they can change places so different man on arm doesn’t signify. Different shade of color is because of lighting/processing or whatever, to me it is clearly the same coat, same shoes, same pants, same scarf, and freaking same day!!! :-) IMHO the photo from “2019” may have been shopped to make her standing upright (for the first time in years). An exaggeration to prove to us “See???? SHE’S PERFECTLY FINE!”

I think India has more nukes (others here will likely know). And since India is an ally of the US hopefully the US will help them if this happens. I’ve long thought that a Paki/India war might bring on a world war type of think.
