Presumably if they needed testimony, they could obtain that whether he is locked up or not. I was somehow under the impression he had already sung, as supposedly did Huma. Will he return to Huma? Is Huma locked up? What about their kid? Would he get custody of his child since he is a known pervert?
I honestly do not know what the implications of him getting out are on all the unfolding of larger events, but somehow sense that it could be important.
Some observations from the Chan Breads tonight:

No, actually the cops in riot gear were linked forming a line across Paisano which runs parallel to the venue. An idling police RV thing was right outside the venue fence and a lady cop was addressing the crowd of protesters ... “Please leave the area. This is a legal warning.” This she kept repeating with one other cop riot control phrase I don’t recall. It was pretty tense and serious.
Who these idiots were I saw noted on 8ch but I don’t recall the group name just now, but possibly Soros linked and came from Beto’s ice cream social.
