With the economy being good a return to something like a “status quo” most likely! Not saying I approve!

Most people aren’t interested in “politics” like Freepers are. Something has to directly affect them like a crime by an illegal. Otherwise they only get interested and then only do so reluctantly when election time roils around. Most conservatives simply aren’t Freepers, this Forum is a small microcosm of Conservatives let alone the GOP. All of us tend to forget that.
