Mellian, Thanks for this. It's a keeper. I've been following this material for 25 years and there's a couple in your list I have never heard of - for example, Codex Alimentarius. If I had made the image, I would have added PROMIS and its ties to Vince Foster near the top.

I felt at the time that PROMIS was a key; I wasn't sure to what at the time, but now it seems to be a key to mass surveillance. PROMIS is horse-and-buggy stuff now I imagine, but it opened a hidden door.
Also, I did not realize Glenn Simpson and Mary Jacoby were involved away back in the Arkansas days. PROMIS may be at the core of Arkancides... at least originally.
