Cardiac arrhythmia or brain bleed/aneurism are my first speculative guesses...but this happened at Google so perhaps he trespassed where he shouldn’t have?

To be fair, a blood vessel may have burst or something else. Aneurysms are the first thing I think of when young people die suddenly.
