When Tillerson finally climbs to the mountaintop he’ll find Trump lounging there: “Hey Rex, where have you been?!”.
Whatever level of discipline Trump has, he has succeeded exceedingly well. And there’s still the allegation that Tillerson has been involved in child sex trafficking.
IIRC, Trump likely has some degree of dyslexia. Doesn’t make reading easy—particularly if he’s never gone through the brain retraining to help correct it.
