So now you DON'T think an overhaul is necessary? This is a bureaucracy, that change just cost two years. So you are the source, the same that offers no solution, just the platitude 'overhaul our intelligence agencies'. So firing the Director, sending Pompeo over to clean house, appoint a new director, cut their comms, root out their operations WW isn't an overhaul.
Do all intel agencies need the same? I mean obviously Mil Int since they screwed up Pearl Harbor, but we covered that. Which service? All? Their criminal division as well? DIA, DIS, Counter-intel? Well yeah, they do HUMINT and deal with scumbags. Between DIA/CIA there are over 40k employees. Numbers are estimated since the real ones are classified. NSA adds another 35-55k, and that is the big 3 there are 13 more.
