“So This Is Christmas” by John Lennon and Yoko Ono is my most annoying song.
Yoko Ono’s screeching coupled with the relentlessly downbeat music manages to be both annoying and depressing.
I utterly refuse to listen to that dreck and will either change the channel or shut off the radio if it comes on.
For me, it’s “Grandma got run over by a reindeer,” hands down.
My Fav every year for 17 years on Letterman.

On a more positive note . . . my favorite secular Christmas song is “Hard Candy Christmas” by Dolly Parton. Never gets old.

I would put the one by John Lennon above the annoying one by Paul McCartney. Although not is annoying musically, it is the most sanctimonious song ever.
