I’ve told my story of two centipedes in a jar before, but it was long, long ago.

I lived on the Big Island years ago and rented a small cabin from some people who although otherwise nice, had this thing about not killing centipedes on their property. (Naturally, there were TONS of centipedes...)

So DH would collect them and put them in a jar and take them off the property and kill them. They were usually medium to biggish, say 8-10 inches long and horrible.

So one night there were two in the jar (with lid) and in the morning only bits and pieces, they ate each other to death.

So Dems will be like centipedes in a jar.

I recently found a sauce I like better than Cholula. El Yucateco Black. Smokey habanero but not so hot you can't eat it. The smoke comes thru just like in well smoked meat. Just had some on a bowl of Frito pie.
