There is that about manna. However, The Book also says that the wise see calamity coming and prepare for it.

Awed and envious. Can’t take credit for the rosemary. Gargantuan pot and one fertilizing. Seems to be a survivor. Anything I grow has to be.

I noted that drop about Preibus, Spicer. Seemed the leaks dried up once they and Gorka got fired.
I don’t trust Gorka. He’s talked crap about Q twice now, both ob FB and Twitter.

Except for lettuce and green beans, I hate green stuff. I know that sprouts are nutritious, but I don’t really like them. We do grow a lot of our food now. I can, freeze, and dehydrate stuff for the winter, but some things I just like fresh.
I also buy 20-40 lbs of meat on sale and then pressure can it. Good to eat out of the jar, or make a casserole or soup. Cheaper and great for when the electricity goes out.

Of course. But there are lots of gadgets that are small and useful with chips that solar power could keep charged up if they were protected at a critical time.

LOL. I used to kill everything I tried to grow. Turns out I was too kind and attentive - too much water/etc. Benign neglect works better for most stuff.

I wonder if they pinged JR when they asked to be put on the ping list? :^) I know I did.
For safety, and stuff. Doesn't everybody?
🤣

True, but also since then there was that VERY recent NYT column written by someone inside the White House, who is a NeverTrumper. Just a few weeks ago.
I want THAT guy/or gal’s hide and hair, and the word is that it’s coming. Soon.

Add basil, sage, thyme, parsley and green onions to your list. Next time you purchase a bundle of green onions, purchase two. Poke one of the bundles in a large plant pot, spaced about 2 inches apart and in a sunny location, and if you only cut the tops, as you need them, you’ll have fresh green onions for your recipes year round. :)

Thanks for your encouraging agreement.

Have a long nap, Bagsie? All the After Hours begins and I’ve been all napped up and wide awake, waiting, but finally getting sleepy. Good to see you steering the “menu” tonight. Food cop here, is ready for beauty rest. Hang right in there, bubba baby. Our Bags.

So green with envy. There’s only so much spam and deviled ham one wants in an emergency pantry.

Dwarf banana & turmeric in the Sonroom are huge. Turmeric is crowding the pot. Need to take it out and harvest the rhizomes. Rosemary--killed due not watered frequently enough. Orchid soldiers on. Double red Hibiscus is a treat. 2 gardenias died due watering deficiency. 3 big tomatoes brought in, in big pots . . . lots ripening. Not much flavor even though heirlooms, though. Curious.
Lots of baby aloe's need repotted & given away. Airplane plant doing well. LOL. Banana should start bearing fruit any week now. Gratifying when there was a light snow in the shade when I got up.

They would be actively trying to stop Trumps plan to drain the swamp, and return our country to the people. I've been trying to make that point for many months, now.
ThankQ for stating it, goodman.

Agreed. Need to do some of that. Got a lot of jars to begin the project but keep putting it off. Got a new big pressure cooker canning size to do it in. Mother was always big on canning. Still have a lot of her canned green beans. Dad wanted to toss them. I said no way.
