I’m a 98er, too. (June) But when I found FR, I was using my son’s computer and didn’t know much about computers -— even thinking I could not join FR on a computer not my own. Otherwise I would have been in the same time as you.

Found FR through DRUDGE too and lurked for almost a year, before I signed up. Lots of us did that, back then, and that way we got to know the slang, who was who, and what was WHAT before we took a stab at posting ourselves.
I been around for 20 also...actually longer as I lurked a bit.

I’ve got my XX anniversary coming up later this month. I ax ya, shouldn’t all of us that has been here that long be made into OVERLORDS or something? Let alone receiving a gold watch.
I have an app on my phone that notifies me every time there is a Q drop. It’s been quiet for almost a month until tonight.
