The cups have the flag of the Commandant of the Marine Corps on them.

If they are most are retired, Marines only get two active 4 stars. One of them is IDed as the new SouthCom CG, so he's a two. Think they are @ 8th and I drinking out of the Commandant's cups.

Yep. I shop at Walmart. In my town everyone does - there’s not much else to do and not much competition other than Dollar General.
Rich and Poor, DEMs and Pubbies, Educated and dropouts - I used to love Walmart. Since Sam died, I don’t like it as much.
Two things for example: The stuff that is made in America is in short supply, but China stuff is plentiful, and their return policy is not as good as it was.
I took no offense at the remarks that started this food fight, and I certainly didn’t think it was meant to demean Walmart Shoppers.
With all the important things that a person could be upset about, I think it’s amazing if someone could get really upset about a little teeny Walmart snipe. Gee Whiz.

That’s interesting. I wonder if the rest are also former Commanders and when the picture was taken. There is a rumor going around that retired military commanders have been reactivated to help clean out the swamp. So... who knows?
