Yep, everyone will be issued a green banana for self defense purposes. Because, as everyone knows, a green banana is so much more effective than a yellow one.
I'd suggest little refrigerated boxes on every block with chopped bacon to throw at an attacker ... could cut down the level of attacks significantly.

Run 100,000 Brits thru infantry training at Camp Pendleton. Send each back home with a battle rifle and 1,000 rounds of ammo. That would clean up the UK pretty good.
...and they can fish the rifles we sent to them during WWII out of the ocean in order to arm their New Home Front.
