GCHQ Bude is a UK Satellite ground station. I’m guessing they lost their link into the NSA as part of the changes....maybe part of the 5 eyes thing or maybe something extra.

So, I repeat, how did the WV Supreme Court issue a ruling when it is all resigned or in recess pending impeachment?

To my knowledge, which is admittedly minimal, by definition, it is “in recess” so they are not issuing any rulings. No rulings until new judges elected in special election mentioned in previous post, if I read it right.
Perhaps we have someone from WV here who can enlighten all of us!
