what even fewer remember is Clinton\Gore’s unofficial amnesty program: “Citizenship USA” starting in April 1995. (think:POTUS elections in 1996)
It fast tracked citizenship to those in the pipeline. “fast tracked” means “forget the paperwork and background checks,are you breathing ? you are in.”
