It’s over, kaput, finished, dead.

Today’s announcement that Miss America will no longer be based on actual beauty is the final radical feminist nail in the coffin of the once much beloved practice of admiring a woman for how she looks.

Instead, we are now apparently going to tune in to appreciate the contestants’ INNER beauty – their intelligence, their philosophy on life and their thoughts on charitable work.

Agreed on all points. Nothing bothers me more than women who try to be men. As far as I am concerned, any woman who tries to be like a man is throwing out the window all the strengths and advantages she may have over men...it is like a Republican trying to be a liberal.

You are doomed if you do that. Trying to out-liberal a liberal always fails, because liberals are better at being liberals, and people will eventually vote for the real thing instead of a fake, if that is what they want.

I just avoid them. When possible, expose their lunacy, hopefully in their presence. But in a “tough love” way, rather than just a put-down way.
