You are not keeping up with the story and believing her friend’s statement from which all the information in the press stories was obtainted. The police have come out with a different story with video and witness statements. I don’t know if there even was an issue with the silverware. She threatened to come back and shoot the place up. Gee, I wonder what response you will get from that two days after a mass shooting at another Waffle House. They came into the Waffle House carrying alcoholic drinks and were told to leave. They did not. The police were called and they were again told to leave. She would not. She was disorderly and trespassing. She was under arrest and refused to submit.

The breaking your arm comment was not a threat, it was statement of fact that that was a possibility if she did submit to being arrested.

You’re assuming that you can rationalize with a drunk disorderly bitch. Frequently you can’t. I don’t disagree that sometimes police can get overly excited, but this is not one of those.
