I did some searching around and all web references to this “event” quote the same text from the link provided here. I looked up the ICLCJ which is : International Common Law Court of Justice. At most it seems like a group of vigilantes who may or may not actually do stuff. So I think this “arrest” of the 2 US Corporate guys is not real.

The fire on the 50th floor of TT a few days ago was lit purposely and used to distract while they broke into Cohens office on 26th fl. They retrieved files which they used as probable cause for search warrants they used today.
Judge Nap said Mueller found evidence, passed it off to NYC, and they in NYC took the case to a judge, asking judge to let them invade an attorney/client privilege, or, OR else,.... Nap said, this Cohen break-in is more about Cohen Bank Fraud, (not the president) wherein if Cohen borrowed money from a bank for a declared reason, but instead used it for something else, like to pay Stormy Daniels. That would be bank fraud.
Like they got Capone on tax evasion, bank fraud when proven is a common lair for snaring many.
