Bottom line: Forget Comey, McCabe, Mueller, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Holder, Lynch, etc., they are all guilty as sin in their massive planned failure to perform their sworn to duties, across the board to destroy POTUS, Donald J. Trump. They all belong in prison, for many reasons, among them, "Treason".
One has to be foolish and naive to believe the engine of deception began in their evil and weak minds. You are probably correct that most of these low life will not serve prison time. However, they will all be forever disgraced. In fact, in the real world, most of them are washed up already....Obama & Clinton are fast fading “has-beens” that are mostly neglected by the over whelming majorities of the American people. actually to get any real media coverage they both have to leave the country to get a “soap box” that will give them a voice. And...even that is not working well. History will neither be kind to Obama or Clinton...both losers & haters of America, from the start.

Don’t forget obozo’s tribute to himself in the City of Chicago and in fact, the whole state of IL. Those people there will treat him as royalty when that memorial of his gets built. The first ones you mention are lifelong bureaucrats. The first iron law of bureaucracy is that you don’t go to the loo without permission in writing, the second is that if you ever have an independent thought you make sure it goes right up the chain of command so your boss, or the boss’s boss, takes the credit or gets the blame.
The notion that anybody other than the Obama inner circle devised and then authorized this seditious conspiracy is absurd.
Whether it was Obama himself, or Jarrett, or Eric Holder, or other old comrades whose names may even be unknown, it certainly wasn’t Comey, McCabe, or any of the other functionaries. The whole thing was obviously laid out at the January 5 White House meeting referred to (foolishly) in Susan Rice’s “Obama ordered us to go by the book” memo to the file on Inauguration Day.
Where I disagree with you is your making Hillary Clinton #2, or even #1 in this scenario.
That sick old drunk was merely a tool of the Obama forces, someone who they hoped could form a bridge to Kamala Harris or Joaquin Castro, neither of who were ready. All she had to do was win a rigged election while moving Marxist deconstruction further along the man-woman axis, just as Obama had done along the black-white axis for eight years.
When she proved too incompetent to do even that, they threw her away like a broken toy. She did not and does not have their trust, and if she ever had the wits and the persistence to plan and to carry out a grand design like this one, she gave them both away to Mr. Jim Beam a long time ago.
