It comes down to two different world ideologies with the various shades between:
A) On the one hand is the belief that human beings are inherently good, that we can be made perfect thru wisdom, knowledge, enlightenment, and societal utopia can ultimately be reached with just the “correct formula”... while morality, ethics, right/wrong are relative constructs — there are no absolutes; indeed, those in power create and implement these constructs.
B) On the other hand is the belief that humankind is inherently evil, our sinful nature of envy, greed, control, etc. Though made in the image of a Creator, human beings are flawed since the Fall, thus utopia on earth cannot be achieved by human means. It is only by absolute truth and rules set forth by a Creator is a society restrained and nourished.
These people are seeking something. Their souls yearn. The success, wealth, etc isn’t enough. This is lie of the evolution/atheist cult and the exhibit A ideology. They are suckers. Sadly.
