Since he cannot use concrete right now,

Surely there is a new concrete-like invention that could be used to build walls. If not, toss in a pinch of parsley and call it "buttcrete" or sumpin'

That's right. I just called you Surely.

Hello fellow "Q" aficionados! Posters here are correct - people in the outer Free Republic are missing soooooooooo much. One article I read at lunch was about how there are a couple extra spy satellites in the omnibus that weren't requested by the air force. Nobody thinks to consider the broader picture here, that when you have a compromised communications network and have to setup a separate communications network that is not embedded with or accessible to the deep state ... well that article made perfect sense. but no lol ;(

The key is that this spending bill was an OMNIBUS. It was not a BUDGET. The Senate says they're not going to do a budget, fine, they're not supposed to - the bill(s) shall originate in the house. But why does everybody forget the years of experience with Obama and the OMNIBUS resolutions during that era? You know, when Obama did whatever he wanted ... and then some, because, of course, an OMNIBUS is not a BUDGET - and is outside the constitutional provisions and obligations for such. Trump can direct the money be spent or not spent. In any event, the key goal here was to fund the military so the STORM may proceed. People outside these threads have such incredibly short memories and little patience.

As for the new post #963 ...

Fears grow that Trump could ignore Congress on spending - "Lawmakers and activists see warning signs that Trump officials could cut budgets by leaving federal money unspent."

Trump: "As a matter of National Security I've signed the Omnibus Spending Bill. I say to Congress: I will NEVER sign another bill like this again. To prevent this omnibus situation from ever happening again, I'm calling on Congress to give me a line-item veto for all govt spending bills!"

Trump: Border wall construction will start on Monday - "President Trump said Friday that construction of his promised border wall would start "immediately" after signing the omnibus spending bill, which included $1.6 billion in funding for the wall. "We're going to be starting work literally on Monday," Trump said during an event Friday at the White House. "We have a lot of money coming to the border.""

LoL I think the sides if the moat would have to be made of something really slippery so no bridges could be built over it. Maybe we could invent something and buy an island somewhere? ;-)

I just looked at FB and saw Congressman Pearce posted this.

“Today I voted against the Omnibus budget bill. We had less than 24 hours to read this legislation that spends $1.3 trillion and is over 2,000 pages long. This is no way to run the government.”
