Correct. At a large hospital in Southern California, I was told (In an orientation meeting) that Blacks cannot be racist as they are not the majority. Only the majority can be racist because they have the power to discriminate.
In the Middle East, we call this a “jizya”.

Hah! I wish. Where I live, adult admission to get into the zoo is $25 ($5 off for seniors and military). But if you have an EBT card, you can get in for $5 on Sundays. I work hard for my money, but I can't afford to drop $50 for me and just one of my kids just for a day in the zoo. Especially while a rabble of unappreciative and out of control moochers overrun the park. I'd rather not go.

Society is banned from having mores that protect citizens from criminals. The only way to separate oneself is to pay extra. No sane person with means will eat at this restaurant.
