Posted on 03/16/2018 7:38:19 PM PDT by ransomnote

This is a shout out to all the Anons who have worked so hard for months on the Q boards to bake Q's drops for us. THANQ, Anons!.

The Q team doesn't like it when they receive praise, but hey, they don't have time to read websites (FR) and besides, they can't stop me!

THANQ, Q!!!!
It just needed to be said.

This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

This thread is a continuation of the prior Q Anon thread located here:

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3639519/posts

I plan to post one thread at a time and ping new drops posted to it. The current schedule is to post new threads Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. When I post each (new) thread, the prior thread is retired and all new posts occur on the newest thread.

If you are new to Q Anon, the three links below provide overviews to help answer the questions, "Who is Q?" and "Why read Q drops?".

Is Trump Staging a Counter-Coup? [Q explained?]>
Note: The above thread has been locked for disruptive comments, but post #1 includes a strong, concise Who/What/Where overview.

Q Anon: A Freeper's post re the "new Parallel Construct that Trump has created"

First post to “Q” ping list. Please read and let me know if you want off or on it

You can locate Q Anon threads by searching the key words "Q Anon" or "Qanon" using the search window in the upper right of the Free Republic's forum page. The active Q Anon thread will be shown at the top (newest) of the search results.

I stored links to many prior Q Anon threads in my profile page located here: http://freerepublic.com/~ransomnote/

President John F. Kennedy's excellent speech regarding secret societies, as well as comments about the press, is located at the following link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdMbmdFOvTs

A helpful FReeper passed along the following link. It’s to a group that goes live on Youtube when Q drops are released. I’ll put the link to their general Youtube “channel” here. When new Q drops are released, they start a new live stream video which remains active as long as they have new insights or information or guests to share information. You can look for any live stream videos in progress or recordings of their prior videos at the link.

The following link displays President Trump's tweets and Q Anon drops in one table in chronological order:

Q "drops" (i.e., posts) can be read with their original formatting at the following links. The different websites hosting Q drops don't function the same for everyone. I hope you will find a site that works for you:

http://www.we-go-all.com/#

Q drops (i.e., posts) often use acronyms. A few FReepers have begun to organize acronym into helpful reference materials. Here is Swordmaker's list of acronyms for your reference: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3639029/posts?page=23#23

SkyPilot has been collecting Q Anon information into one interesting, detailed, "story of Q" post which I'll place here:

Confusion Reigned The Day Of Scalia’s Death, New Documents Show

Kevin Daley on March 14, 2018

Confusion and disorder compromised the U.S. Marshals Service’s (USMS) response to Justice Antonin Scalia’s death, according to new documents obtained by a watchdog group.

Fix the Court, a judicial transparency group, obtained internal records from the USMS revealing local marshals were not notified of the justice’s death for several hours following his passing, and were slow to respond to the remote west Texas hunting ranch where he was found dead.

The documents, “present new information on how federal agents responded to a momentous event in an isolated part of the country and for the first time reveal the formal policies, and underscore the shortcomings therein,” said Gabe Roth, Fix the Court’s executive director.

The U.S. Marshals are the federal agency charged with protecting members of the Court. Justices opt-in to protection when traveling or socializing. The records show Scalia declined to bring protection to the west Texas ranch where he died, though he did request the Marshals assistance when he switched planes at William P. Hobby Airport in Houston.

The documents establish a timeline of the day of the justice’s death, which suggests local marshals, at first hard to reach, were slow in responding to reports from the hunting ranch.

One of Scalia’s companions attempted to enter his resort suite at 8:15 am on Feb. 12, 2016. Several hours later at 11:00 am, the unnamed companion entered the justice’s room with the assistance of a housekeeper, and found Scalia unresponsive.

Confusion followed from here. The associate attempted to contact the Marshals and the local FBI field office, but they were unable to establish contact with the relevant officials. Local law enforcement was notified. At 12:41 pm — almost two hours after Scalia was found deceased — the Presidio County Sheriff reached the local Marshals office.

It’s not clear that the Marshals understood Scalia was dead after their conversation with Presidio law enforcement. Twenty minutes later at 1:00 pm the west Texas Marshals office called the agency’s communications center and relayed that “a member of Justice Scalia’s party was dead.”

The first federal agents did not arrive on scene until 2:38 pm, two hours after they were summoned by local sheriffs, and almost four hours after Justice Scalia was found dead. At that point, Marshals secured the facility and the justice’s remains, while transferring his personal effects to an agency safe.

Writing two days later in an email to colleagues, USMS official David Musel expressed concern that media interest would grow in the agency’s response to the ranch.

“Let’s hope it doesn’t grow legs,” he said.

The subject line of the email read “The death of Antonin Scalia: Chaos, confusion, and conflicting reports,” with a link to a Washington Post story with the same headline.

Good link and cross reference. "Sponsor of terrorism" is a dynamite charge, but credible, very credible. Technically, the statute is "material support."

18 USC 2339A - Providing material support to terrorists

Whoever provides material support or resources or conceals or disguises the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources, knowing or intending that they are to be used in preparation for, or in carrying out, a violation of section [long list of violent crimes omitted], or in preparation for, or in carrying out, the concealment of an escape from the commission of any such violation, or attempts or conspires to do such an act, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both, and, if the death of any person results, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life. A violation of this section may be prosecuted in any Federal judicial district in which the underlying offense was committed, or in any other Federal judicial district as provided by law.

3 persons, 19 charges makes sense out of [3] 1st, [19] 1st. Having two "first" makes as much sense as me telling every dog in the house they are the [only] best one.

-- Isn't sponsoring terrorism treason? --

Treason is defined first in the constitution, and in a non-contentious use, requires the actor be associates with a declared nations state enemy of the United States. The declaration of enemy typically involves a declaration of war or functional equivalent.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere ...

Not that this definition couldn't be stretched somewhat. But when an established legal theory (crime in theis case) is stretched, there is a risk a court will find it stretched too far.

See post 1287 for giving material support to a non-nations-state bad actor.

See too 18 USC 2339B - Providing material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist organizations

Whoever knowingly provides material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization, or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both, and, if the death of any person results, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life. To violate this paragraph, a person must have knowledge that the organization is a designated terrorist organization (as defined in subsection (g)(6)), that the organization has engaged or engages in terrorist activity (as defined in section 212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act), or that the organization has engaged or engages in terrorism (as defined in section 140(d)(2) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989).

Allegedly pending indictments. Liberty restriction is a big thing. Any legal jeopardy being prepared against the big players is probably held very close to the vest, not even in any "sealed indictment." Ideally, arrest comes with no warning.

-- We sure seem to need a script or play by play to even begin to keep things straight. --

I took some comfort from the greatawakening No.458, the "long cryptic" post.

It appears to be a boundary on the size/depth of the corruption in FBI, DOJ and State. I wonder if the parenthetical total under FBI "+29 (16)" might represent the likes of DNI Clapper, CIA Brennan, NSC Rice, Powers, etc.

Round number, 100 actors. Seems like a large number, but when you consider the size of the federal government, this is a drop in the bucket. Happens to be the leadership, so a HUGE deal. But a manageable size for orderly justice (vs. disorder/chaos/war).

-- It the explains the definition of sealed indictment. --

Even that increases the risk of a leak. If DOJ is working on 100 cases, as one of yesterday's Q-drops suggests, there is no advantage to "sharing" them with a court, until close to the time an arrest is intended to be effected.

The reason to have paperwork in the court is to protect the fairly tight timelines that due process provides between arrest and being confronted with charges.

Another thought occurred to me. Assuming the charges are in the nature of material support for terrorists, a general approach in open court would be to hide the ID of the terrorist, in order to protect an ongoing investigation or military operation. That precaution would not be required if the terrorist is dealt with first. Maybe a substantial part of the delay is dealing with the outside actors, so they can be revealed when the inside actors are arrested and charged.
