Speaking at the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards in London on Monday, British Horseracing Authority (BHA) chief Nick Rust said the sport needs to question whether it has a problem with “unconscious bias”.
The betting industry bigwig slammed figures which showed that nine in 10 of the 265 nominations received for the awards, which mark the contributions of around 6,000 people who work in Britain’s horse racing and breeding industries, were from a white British or Irish background.
“We need to look at what lies behind this and ensure far better representation across the various minority groups in future years,” the Racing Post reported Rust as saying.

Maybe the others aren’t interested in horse racing?
I think the answer to this monumental issue troubling us today is: “So what?”.
I would mention “horse sense”, but way too few people understand what that even MEANS.
Sort of on the order of “horse whispering”, in which a person may approach a skittish horse, and talk it down in a calm voice.
To deal well with horses, you may have to be at least as smart as the horse. Surprisingly, this gift is quiet frequently encountered among persons of Irish or British cultural history.
Could you even imagine someone saying "there are too many Negroes in the NBA" …
How come there are never any articles or actions taken to correct racial or gender imbalances in music, NBA or NFL players, department of motor vehicle employees, or elementary school teachers?
Horses are smart.

It all comes down to this in a nutshell-— The elite, the George Soros’ and so forth, they know there is always a chance of them being dragged into the plaza and hanged with piano wire. They are thus against masculinity, guns, and certain groups of the populations of the world who can assemble, plan, and drag them out into the plaza to hang them with piano wire. I’d be afraid of certain groups too. I wouldn’t be too worried about other groups either. Some groups can be manipulated and controlled with EBT cards and fire hoses. Some can’t be restrained and need potent mind-control from birth.
Resentment, jealousy, covetousness, and green-eyed envy hides behind many masks. So-called ‘white supremacy’ is one. ‘Homophobia’ and ‘heterosexism’ are two more.
No complaints about that, though. Tells you everything you need to know.

I bet that 9 out of 10 of the 10% non-white award winners were chosen because of affirmative action.
This is funny. Could it be that people who believe genetics have nothing to do with performance don’t make the best horse breeders?
White men should act more Muslim and have sex with horses and other farm animals.
I never knew horses were classified by race! There’s only three genders in horses . . . male, female, gelding . . . unless Jean Claude Gerard’s horses are counted!
