Following the news reports is a moving target.
The bottom line is that NO PRIVATE CONTACTOR should be anywhere near a voting system. But then who could/should configure voting systems?
This is why we need a multi-year Top-Down Bottoms-Up comprehensive review of American voting systems and processes.
Maybe FL in '12 would have looked like '16 without Smartmatic's 'assistance'.
