This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner (i.e., personal attacks).

And as far as a computer coordinating the aggregating or summing process, that is, the way I see it, the simple summing that goes on (precinct to county, then conunty to state) now, by the candidates and their supporters.

Almost 1 million more people voted in the 2016 Presidential election (total votes 9,415,638) then voted in 2012 (total votes 8,474,138)?
That’s a huge difference.
The rogue elements have to be isolated from information, access, and freedom of movement. Money they can get anywhere.
I think that what generally is trying to describe is similar to a voting scheme that was programmed into the Gems system, called fractional voting. It’s not exactly weighted average, and it was uncovered in investigation of election fraud in Tennessee.
In concept, the machines had a feature that allowed programming of the % of the vote that would be assigned to the categories. This was all in the machine, but not seen by the whole numbers that the poll workers would see.
Bev Harris wrote a book about it. She’s a Dem but she has said that she suspects that Hillary stole at least 5 or 6 states in this election. However, without access to those areas can’t tell for sure.
The chatter that I heard was that in the Northern Blue States that flipped Red, the Pubbies had a campaign GOTV that told the voters to use paper ballots, and not the machines to avoid fraud. I have no idea if this is true.

This report summarizes the results of our review of the GEMS election management system, which counts approximately 25 percent of all votes in the United States.
The results of this study demonstrate that a fractional vote feature is embedded in each GEMS application which can be used to invisibly, yet radically, alter election outcomes by pre-setting desired vote percentages to redistribute votes.
This tampering is not visible to election observers, even if they are standing in the room and watching the computer. Use of the decimalized vote feature is unlikely to be detected by auditing or canvass procedures, and can be applied across large jurisdictions in less than 60 seconds.

Keep in mind this illicit cyber control is an ongoing process. Not all states have fallen in with Soros. I can imagine that GEMS was his response to not having control over all states or all key states and to have a backup in place in case management at local levels failed to deliver.
To me, the telltale sign was his blatant backing of certain candidates for State SOS offices. Out of the things Soros (meaning his managers) could be backing, he funds candidates for these state offices who just happen to certify elections.
All the evidence points strongly to cyber theft of elections. To me, there is not even a question that power players are attempting to control election outcomes through software, just like they back their chosen candidates and just like all other means they use to control politics.
You are welcome. I haven’t had time to delve totally into it. I had watched a video she had on you tube - it’s now disabled. IIRC, they also have additional tampering methods with these darned machines, which is used in our state.
Every election, almost St. Louis has some sort of problem that delays their tally, and then when the votes from the rural areas are in, St. Louis tallies come in and exceed the rural vote so the Dems win, unless it’s a blow out. Harder to cheat then.
I think I need to check your comments daily. Especially with little time to read for hours. I will check out that memo.
