A helpful FReeper passed along the following link. It’s to a group that goes live on Youtube when Q drops are released. I’ll put the link to their general Youtube “channel” here. When new Q drops are released, they start a new live stream video which remains active as long as they have new insights or information or guests to share information. The blockchain is not penetrable unless all nodes of record keeping are controlled by one source but that is not blockchain.

What the county sees and what the state sees can be different especially when obscured by summation.
A county can check their numbers and be satisfied. But upon transmission to the state, the DISTRIBUTION of numbers from many counties within a sum can be changed by weighting, even as TOTALS still add up.
103 = 50+53 = 53+50 = 103
A checksum function doesn’t catch this.
When a county looks at the number they sent, they see it is, in fact, the number they sent. But at the state level, the software weights the number to something else while PRESERVING THE SUM TOTAL of all counties together.
It’s a clever trick and it can be remedied but an EFFORT NEEDS TO START NOW.

The only sum being preserved in your example is the total. And I'm not referring to only a repeat of the simple addition.
County A reports 50 votes for Candidate X, and 53 for candidate Y.
State uses 53 votes for candidate X, and 50 for candidate Y. Nothing subtle about that. Candidate X is focused on HIS vote count, and County A ought to detect this transposition (I know it need not appear as transposition error) without any help.
I have seen the voting machine trick, where the starting count of 0 is obtained by preloading +100 to the destined winner, and -100 to the destined loser, but that bias is hidden from view. Vote subtotals though, starting at the precinct level, are visible.
We still have to sign.

One might think that having such a long string of utter failures brazenly posted hereon--repeatedly declaring things in the election drama that utterly failed to transpire; that utterly failed to be true--one might think that he'd have decided there was something seriously flawed about his reality testing, analysis and conclusions.

Here he is again blathering as though he were omniscient yet again in the political arena when all he's shown hereon before is his utter failure to correctly grok the situation or the people remotely accurately.
One might assume that when faced with such an emphatic string of disconfirmation, such a person would have logically quietly tip-toed away to re-evaluate their thought processes; get some more education or perhaps get some help learning how to think, period.

Here he is yet again blathering just as many false claims, assertions and predictions as in his last string of failed postings in the election sequence of events.
That kind of egotistical, stubborn, out-of-touch, smug, haughty etc. mentality is a bit frightful. If real events and facts during the election era didn't wake him up to his flawed thinking--evidently nothing will.
How does one face one's mirror day in and day out with such a record? Going out and repeating such failures in thought, analysis and interpretation would not be part of my first 1,000 choices of action.
Perhaps he's not really a conservative or a patriot. Perhaps he seriously wants the globalists or the Marxists to win. so the only thing he can do is be a faithful finger soldier against POTUS and POTUS' agent(s) Q-Anon. I hope not but it is a plausible possibility.
Otherwise, it's just very hard to explain such a long string of doggedly persistent failures--made with virtually a religious addiction to cult-like jumping to false conclusions.

At the precinct level, all is good. What you see at precinct may not be the same as what I see for your precinct at county or state computers but on the other hand, I may see what you see but we both do not see what is happening at other precincts or counties. We need a team or software coordinating the aggregation process.
There have been many, many election challenges where ‘irregularities’ are noted. When covering millions of votes, or tens of millions of votes, the verification process becomes intractable or uneconomical unless better systems are put in place.
I have to leave now. In the meantime, reread and study the examples upstream.

CIA like FBI has bifurcated. Global CIA actors are pulling duty for global banks. CIA operates on American soil via JTTF and that has allowed them to take over the FBI.

FBI inside USA
It’s all mixed and meshed together at the top now.
FBI Field Offices are still largely intact, good, patriotic agents and staff.
FBI HQ was taken over via JTTF with CIA asserting control.
