Busted. There Are 11 FISA Judges, Guess How Many Obama Appointed… [false info]
USSA News ^ | February 5, 2018 | Tea Party Conservative

Posted on 02/05/2018 7:10:47 AM PST by Cheerio

Of the 11 FISA court appointed judges, 10 of them were appointed by Obama, including the corrupt Rudolph Contreras that granted the FISA warrant after another judge rejected it. He is also the same judge who had to recuse himself days after the Michael Flynn plea.

This is yet another inconvenient fact that the media and Democrats don’t want to discuss. The entire FISA court basically was full of Obama appointees. The one Trump apoointee to the FISA court also replaced an Obama appointee named Susan Webber Wright who’s term expired May of 2016. Keep an eye on the story about Rudolph Contreas though. That’s the big story that everyone seems to be missing from this memo release. Corruption at the judge level is even more frightening than corrupt DOJ and FBI hacks.

Gateway Pundit reports:

The Obama team’s actions with the FISA Court were not just corrupt – they were criminal! Now his appointed judges are in the news for suspect deep state actions.

The FISA Court was put in place in 1978 when Congress enacted the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). The Court sits in Washington D.C., and is composed of eleven federal district court judges who are designated by the Chief Justice of the United States. Each judge serves for a maximum of seven years and their terms are staggered to ensure continuity on the Court. In addition, the entire FISA court in late 2016 was stacked with Obama appointees. The entire court as of March 2017 was Obama appointees.

>>I’ve believed since the beginning of this atrocity that the judge was probably complicit.<<

Once the judiciary has been corrupted there would seem to be no other recourse but violent revolution to save the Republic.

On the morning show on CNN, this came up (it was at about 6:30 am). The two woman who were on were trying to suggest that nothing about the application was a big deal because a) the dossier was just one of many documents that the FISC would be looking at and b) how could the Republicans complain since the FISA court judges were all appointed by Roberts who was selected by a Republican president..... spinning like a top, they were.

Snip...judges who are designated by the Chief Justice of the United States.

Breathe in and reread that.

ZERO. Compromised Chief Justice John Roberts appointed all of them, as the FISA law states.
They're appointed and then designated.
But didn't you already know that?

He just happened (!?) to pick current judges that were nominated by Obama and confirmed by the Senate.

Roberts chose from a pool nominated by Obama. Yes, semantics.

The liars on the left are running with the ‘Roberts’ chose these judges without mentioning they were nominated by Obama.

Susan Webber Wright was involved with Bill Clinton’s legal problems. She may have been the one he lied to, resulting in the temporary suspension of his law license.

That's right. Thank you.

Wow the stench of all this. FISA renewed 3 times when the truth about the dossier was known by the first renewal. Corruption from top to bottom. Where the hell is Sessions, never mind.

Why would anyone want the witch hunt to end without complete, unconditional defeat for the deep-state? The Allies made a mistake in accepting an armistice in WWI; we all knew what that begat. Same situation for our current conflict - if the domestic enemies aren't thoroughly defeated, they'll only come back stronger than before.

Trump is setting the case that the entire framework of government - the executive, judicial and (partial) legislative - is so corrupt as to be beyond redemption. That is, the existing infrastructure cannot be used to prosecute/correct the criminal actions, because the legal justice system is guilty itself of operating as a racketeering operation.

This establishes the case for using the military. Trump needs to prepare not only the public, but the leadership as well for this decision. Every time another revelation drops, and 50% of the civilian population justifiably reacts in horror, just imagine the conclusions being reached among the officer corp. There can be no other conclusion than that the US was/is under attack by unified foreign and domestic forces.

The SWAMP will allow corrupt Blackrobes, even if they
permitted perjury, sedition, treason, lying on federal docs,
and were connected by an internal tube to the corrupt,
to continue - perhaps at a different court administering
their “JUST US”.

There are two Americas. And 10 to 100 million Americans
are fed up and ready to march.

Contreras, the son of Cuban immigrants was raised in Miami and earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. His nomination was endorsed by the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia, of which he is a member, along with U.S. Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.).

I agree. Especially given the amount of power that everyone in higher office in the U.S. holds, with the U.S. being as powerful as it is.
