Witness the foreign woman who called 911 and got shot to death herself by a "diversity" Somali cop, whose parter was also little more than a rookie. (The Somali cop shot *past his partner* while they were both seated *inside the patrol car*. The investigation is...stalled.)
Stick to the outer suburbs.
Or better yet, go to Wisconsin, except for Madison.
